		Harpers Ferry Sunrise 1 Here we did several things. 1st the rule of 1/3rds is in both the amount of river vs sky as well as the placement of the pier. Color was brought in both sky and river by using a graduated neutral density filter. The rocks at the bottom give a solid foundation for a foreground.   sales@vistawv.com
